This is a really nice modular home park, as far as THEY go. I have really great neighbors. We all look out for each other. I wish we had block party’s. We sometimes have this one gigantic garage sale and everyone parks outside and walks thru the over 300 houses in this large HOA park. The pool and jacuzzi are maintained really well. And the staff are friendly also and helpful.

I’m a Realtor and I have sold dozens of used manufactured homes in various parks in Santa Barbara county over the last 10 years. I’m very impressed with this park, how nicely maintained the roads/trees/clubhouse and amenities are. It has a loving, peaceful environment with a community feel that is golden.
