Hometown America is thrilled to announce our continued partnership with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Sacramento Valley Foundation to support the Real Estate Networking Education and Work (RENEW) program. For the fourth consecutive year, we’ve joined forces with this remarkable nonprofit dedicated to empowering disadvantaged women by providing them with the skills and opportunities to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness.
RENEW is a cornerstone program that recruits, supports, trains, and mentors students in property management. By equipping these women with industry-relevant knowledge and practical experience, RENEW helps them build sustainable careers and secure stable housing.
We are incredibly grateful to Denise Adams from Creekside Estates and Jack Hamilton from Colonial Estates for their extraordinary contributions to this year’s program. Their involvement was instrumental to the program’s success. From participating in the student interview and selection process to hosting a property tour and graduation ceremony, their dedication and support have made a profound impact on the lives of these women.
