At Hometown America, we strive to improve the quality of life for our residents and meet evolving community needs. Amenity improvements are exciting and essential to maintain our thriving communities. This spring, our Leisurewoods Rockland community, found in Rockland, Massachusetts, finished a complete pool renovation to better serve our existing and future residents.
The improvements at Leisurewoods Rockland included the installation of a new fiberglass pool. Fiberglass pools offer many benefits, such as durability, longevity, smooth surfaces, and energy efficiency. In addition to the new pool, a stamped concrete finish was applied to the pool deck, giving the area an entirely fresh look and feel.
The timing of these upgrades was ideal and just in time for the summer season! Leisurewoods Rockland’s Management Team was excited to share the improvements with our residents, who were very pleased with the outcome. Our resident Evelyn S. said, “the pool looks like an infinity pool, all bright white and top quality,” and resident Kathleen H. said, “from beginning to end, the pool looks like it should be in a magazine.”
