Hear Ye, Hear Ye!

Hometown America is on a mission to inform our residents/ homeowners of urgent matters and important news with the speed of light. Gone are the days of, “I heard it through the grapevine.” From this point forward, you’ll hear news directly from management via email as soon as it happens or in The Saddlebrook Farms Bulletin.

We’ll communicate urgent community news at Saddlebrook Farms such as boil water notices, evacuation information, exciting events, changes in schedule of events such as trash pickup days, cable interruptions, etc.

While we have the ability to bring you this important news instantly, we cannot do it without your help.

Take Every Legal Deduction You Can
Tax avoidance is legal. Tax evasion is not and is subject to criminal penalties. According to Investopedia, “Tax avoidance is the use of legal methods to modify an individual's financial situation to lower the amount of income tax owed… by claiming the permissible deductions and credits.” View “Top Seven Senior Tax Breaks” at FindLaw, and double-check with your tax preparer to ensure you’re taking full advantage of deductions and credits to which you are entitled.
