What an amazing start to 2017 we’ve had! I first want to thank each of you who have attended and helped to ensure our events have had a successful outcome. If our recent occasions are any indication, we are going to have an incredibly fun and eventful year ahead.
We had a fabulous time at the Hometown America holiday party on December 15, kicking off the evening with a delicious dinner of ziti, meatballs and the fixings, followed by a decadent carrot cake for dessert—all from Papa Gio’s. Yum! Lots of smiles and yuletide greetings filled the Masters as we enjoyed each other’s company during this celebration of our winter festivities.
The very next Sunday, a group of us met again at the Masters for cookie decorating with the grandkids. It’s always such a treat to see how each child’s uniqueness shines through as they are expressing their creativity. Some of the kids globbed on the icing, sprinkles and adornments in just a matter of moments and then chowed down, while others took their time, carefully thinking through each addition to a precious work of art.
Our grandest affair for January was our Neil Diamond tribute concert. In just the first few days we had the tickets available, they seemed to fly out of my office. Stay tuned next month for a recap of just how much fun we had.
Looking Ahead to February-
In February, we have two huge events planned for residents.
As always, please feel free to reach out to me with your suggestions and feedback. Otherwise, I am taking a shot in the dark with each activity. Feel free to stop by the office. Also, my email and phone are always open to you.
