October 2019

Every year, Hometown America communities across Florida start spreading the Halloween spirit early. At the very beginning of October, community members fill Jack-O’-Lanterns with all kinds of Halloween treats. Each pumpkin contains a note asking residents to ‘Boo’ their neighbors by creating a pumpkin themselves!

The pumpkins are placed through the entire community, so every street joins in on the fun. All residents enjoy having the chance to give – or receive – these Halloween surprises to their neighbors!
