- Mission Basilica San Buenaventura: Visit this active Roman Catholic parish any day from sunrise to sunset and be transported back in time. Founded on Easter Morning in 1782, you can see the original church at the site and walk around the beautiful garden, which features a fountain, stone grotto, and educational displays.
