Angola Beach Estates

A Manufactured Home Community in Lewes, Delaware

Hometown America

Welcome to Angola Beach Estates

If you have always dreamed of living in a beach home, but you never thought you could afford it, Angola Beach and Estates is your dream come true. This family-friendly community in Lewes, Delaware, is perfectly located about eight miles from the ocean, close to the resort beach town of Rehoboth Beach. Angola Beach homes are settled on the banks of Herring Creek, enveloped by stunning wooded areas and local farms -- so while you are an easy drive to many major destinations and cities, your home maintains the spirit of a private, exclusive destination on the water.

The community itself has been called a hidden gem. Residents live the resort lifestyle, with multiple swimming pools and playgrounds, tennis courts, a marina with boat storage and easy access to the ocean through Rehoboth Bay. If you’re looking for some great entertainment, don’t miss the resident association-sponsored events: dinners, dances and variety shows. It’s like being on the perfect vacation -- except this time, you don’t have to leave.

It’s no wonder Angola Estates was awarded the 2011 Hometown America Community of the Year!

In one square mile, you can find more than 200 boutique shops, galleries, spas, hotels, B&Bs, mini-golf, arcades, and more than 100 gourmet restaurants. Fill up on beach fries, rent a boogy board or have a sophisticated dinner out.
    * Get your locally sourced, healthy groceries at the Farmer’s Market. (The quality and freshness is unbeatable!)
    * In October for a unique spin on Halloween, don’t miss the Sea Witch Festival. The annual event features live music, a “cackle contest,” a dinosaur safari for kids, magic shows, arts and crafts, a movie in the park, train rides and a costume parade.

    Fun fact about the area:
The city of Lewes is known as “the first town in the first state.” Lewes was the earliest settlement in Delaware, and Delaware was the first state to ratify the Constitution!
